Our bodies are capable of so much. We are supposed to feel good, we are supposed to move well. Our world of health and fitness has been broken down into " the best of this" and " NEVER do this to lose weight".. in reality, health and fitness is composed of so many wonderful parts - different for each invidual. Let me treat you like the indivdual you are, and guide you to full body health and wellness. My job is to provide you with the correct tools, support, guidance and mindset to grow your own personal well-being. I'll take out all the frusteration and guess work in fitness - no longer are the days sitting on youtube finding the best core exercise, and jumping on the cardio machine at the gym because we don't know other wise. 

 

My personal training is unique -- Personal training, partner training, online training, group classes...  I'm your trainer, coach, teacher and support system.

Being of a certain age I needed the support of someone who was observant of any limitation but ready to coordinate a challenging workout.
